We ship worldwide but our automated shipping system work at the moment only for certain countries.
We offer free shipping for : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France,Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lituania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Transit time : 7-10 working days
Delivery costs for others countries such as USA, UK or Greece will be confirmed once we are aware of your delivery address.

Pre-order system

We offer Pre-order on selected furniture pieces. With pre-order, you can purchase contemporary design pieces at a deduction of price (up to 30%). The more time you wait, the less you will pay. The average wait time is around 4 months. We close our order once the campaign is over (check ended date). Once we received our container and your pre-order selection. We will re-confirm the delivery address with you and confirm the delivery period prior shipping.

Custom Design Services

Along with our core collection of design-led furniture, we love collaborating with our community of creatives through our custom-made service. The possibilities are endless and nothing gives us more joy than bringing our clients’ furniture desires to life.
Custom design can take between 2 and 4 months to complete, depending on volume. It’s a slower process than purchasing from our main collection, but we think it’s worth the wait for something completely unique.
Heaps and Woods custom design service utilises the same network of quality carpenters, weavers and suppliers who produce our own collections bringing your design concepts to life. We take on projects big and small, from unique pieces for private customers to larger creative projects
